    Christina Dalmazio (Concepcion in Juana) has recently performed the role of Oscar in Un Ballo in Maschera, the Shepherd in Dinorah, and Celeste in Amore Opera’s Scrooge & Gillbert & Sullivan. She’s sung Flor­a in The Turn of the Screw, Papagena in The Magic Flute, and Philomèle in Delibes’s Le roi l’a dit. At Manhattan School of Music Christa sang Maria in West Side Story; Emmie in Albert Herring with Opera in the Ozarks; Amor in Orpheus and Euridice; and Euridice in Orpheus in the Underworld with the Concordia Vocal Academy’s Opera Lab. Her opera scenes credits include Blonde in Die Entfuhrung aus dem Serail, Nannetta Falstaff, Norina Don Pasquale, Joanna Sweeney Todd, and Adele Die Fledermaus. Christa is a three-time recipient of the Encouragement Award from the Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions in 2018, 2019 and 2020. She studies with Catherine Malfitano.
