dell’Arte Opera Ensemble peformances are offered free of charge to singers and at little or no cost to the public. Funding for these exciting programs comes from our supportive audience of committed individual donors, as well as foundations and corporate giving programs.

Your gifts, small and large, are not only welcome, but necessary.  It has been said that opera is the most all-encompassing art form, and for that reason, it is also the most expensive to produce!  Our focus is on direct, simple productions that promote great singing, great music, and great drama, offering accessible performances to diverse modern audiences of all ages, incomes, and interests.

Beginning in the fall of 2008, dell’Arte Opera Ensemble plans to expand the current season of Readings Projects to also include staged and costumed productions with piano or chamber ensemble and, beginning in the spring of 2009, at least one full production per year.  These future endeavors will be exciting additions for dell’Arte’s singers and audiences, but they require increased funding.  Please consider supporting dell’Arte so that we can continue to offer developing singers and new audiences these amazing operatic experiences.
