    Taylor Kirk, soprano, is a graduate of the Purchase College Conservatory of Music, and currently studies with Neil Semer. She is thrilled to be making her dell’Arte Opera debut this summer.  She also made her Art Song Preservation Society debut in their 2016 “Spring Into Song” master class program.  She has performed the roles of Micaëla in Carmen and Erste Dame in Die Zauberflöte with the Purchase Opera Conservatory as well as covering the roles of Frasquita, Papagena and Pamina.  She has performed solo concerts with the Westchester Korean Choral Society and the National Repertory Orchestra and as lead soprano in ensemble with the Kronos Quartet.  She appears on Purchase Opera’s recording of Lee Hoiby’s The Tempest, and participated in the world premieres of Paul Lustig Dunkel’s Casey at the Bat and the Taconic Opera’s oratorio “Job” by Dan Montez.  She was featured as Frontier Airlines’ New Artist of the West upon the release of her debut album, Simple Gifts.  She appeared as a special guest artist performing “Somewhere” with Steph Carse on PBS, and was also signed to Sony Classical at age fifteen.
