SarahAnn Duffy

    SarahAnn Duffy (Zerlina) joins dell’Arte Opera Ensemble for a third season. In the 2017-18 season, SarahAnn appeared as Rose in Star Wars: The Last Maestro, with the Albany Symphony, as Ljubica Ana Sokolovic’s Svadba, and the alto soloist in a staged production of Stravinsky’s Pulcinella, both at the Fisher Center of Performing Arts, as well as the as the alto soloist in Handel’s “Messiah” with Classics on Hudson, and the premiere performance of Christopher Theofanidis’ Cows of the Apollo with the Aspen Opera Theater Center with Robert Spano.  Her performances with dell’Arte Opera Ensemble include, Virtu and Valetto in L’incoronazione di Poppea in 2013 (her operatic debut), and Betty in Salieri’s Falstaff in 2014. SarahAnn received her bachelor of music from the New England Conservatory and is a current member of the Vocal Arts Program at Bard College Conservatory (Master of Music 2019), under the mentorship of Dawn Upshaw and Kayo Iwama. SarahAnn is a recipient of the Bard Conservatory Vocal Arts Program Fellowship.
