During this period of isolation, when it’s easy to feel lonely and uninspired, I have absolutely loved watching so many friends take to social media to share more intimate videos of their art, be it opera, dance, artsong, musical theatre, even cooking! I see friends looking inward to the things that spark joy as artists, and sharing their discovery process through videos. This is my humble addition: a Rachmaninoff song, usually sung by higher voices, that I just never get tired of hearing. My all time favorite recording is by Nicolai Gedda, do yourself a favor and look that one up!
