Alumni Update: Jeremy Brauner

Jeremy Brauner, tenor extraordinaire, was recently named a Met Council Regional Finalist and will compete in the Regional Finals on February 6th.  He also appeared in four tenor roles in a concert performance of Wagner’s Tristan und Isolde at Opera America, produced by Peter Randsman.  Jeremy has appeared with dell’Arte as Alfredo in La traviata, and Mosquito and Schoolteacher in Janacek’s The Cunning Little Vixen.  Perhaps his most exciting news, however was his November marriage to the remarkable Kaitlin Overton.  Congrats to both of you, and many happy years together! Jeremy returns to dell’Arte in summer 2019 to create the role of Prince Hjalmar in the commissioned World Premiere of Princess Maleine by alumnae Whitney George (music) and Bea Goodwin (libretto).  https://www.facebook.com/operaidols/photos/a.381901198545064/1929446000457235/?type=3&theater
